Toniqe is a product of Toniqe Labs Private Limited. When we say "Toniqe," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Toniqe Labs Private Limited and its affiliates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Toniqe platform at toniqe.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our authentication provider (Clerk).

Analysis Data: When you submit ads and landing page URLs for analysis, we process the ad creatives (images, videos) and landing page content you provide. This may include screenshots of landing pages taken by our system.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and analysis history.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Toniqe platform, including running AI-powered analysis on your ads and landing pages, generating reports, and personalizing your experience.

Specifically, we use your data to: operate and maintain your account; process and deliver analysis reports; improve our AI models and analysis accuracy using anonymized, aggregated data; send service-related communications; and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

Toniqe uses third-party AI services (including Google Gemini) to analyze your ad creatives and landing pages. When you submit content for analysis, that content is sent to these AI providers for processing. We do not use your specific analysis data to train third-party AI models. Uploaded media is temporarily stored for processing and is deleted within 48 hours.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, authentication, AI processing, payment processing); as required by law or to protect our rights; and in anonymized, aggregated form to generate industry benchmarks (which cannot identify individual users or their specific content).

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and analysis history for as long as your subscription is active, and for 30 days after it lapses. If you do not resubscribe within that window, your analysis history is deleted. Uploaded media files (ad creatives, screenshots) are deleted from our AI processing providers within 48 hours. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@toniqe.com.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

10. Changes to This Policy
