AI Terms
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Toniqe is built on AI. This page says which AI providers process your material, what Toniqe learns from, and what a score means. It is part of the Terms of Service; the Privacy Policy covers the data side in full.
1. What the AI does
Toniqe reads the ads you supply and the landing page they point at, visits that page the way a shopper would, researches what people say about the brand in public, and writes a report: a score, the evidence behind it, and what to change. Toniqe takes no action in any ad account, spends no money, and changes nothing on your site. It judges; you decide.
2. Third-party AI providers
Toniqe uses AI models from the providers below to process the material you submit. Using Toniqe means that material passes through their services for that purpose, under their terms:
- Google (Gemini API, paid tier) — terms. On the paid tier Google does not use prompts or responses to improve its products; copies expire within 48 hours.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — commercial terms. Anthropic may not train models on customer content.
We may add or change a provider. The current list is Annex 1 of the Data Processing Agreement and section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
3. What Toniqe learns from
Toniqe does not train or fine-tune a machine-learning model on customer uploads, and no customer's material is used to train a third-party model. Toniqe does get better by keeping records: public ads and public pages (including how long an ad has run); notes about public landing pages, kept against the page address with no account identifier; your answers to the day-15 and day-30 check-in, kept against that report; and aggregated figures from which no customer or client can be identified. Your uploads are never shown to another customer and one customer's results are never shown to another. Section 4 of the Privacy Policy has the full account and how to opt your account out.
4. What a score is
A Toniqe score is a judgement made by AI from the evidence it could see, on the scale published on the score page. Where the AI could not see a step or a picture, the report says what it covered. Treat the report as one input to a decision a person makes. Toniqe guarantees no outcome from following it.
5. Who owns what
- Yours: everything you upload, and the report Toniqe writes for you. You may use, copy and share the report as you like.
- Ours: the scoring method, the prompts, the software and the brand. Nothing in a report transfers those.
- The licence you give us: to process what you upload in order to make and keep your report, and to improve how Toniqe judges in the limited ways section 3 describes. Nothing wider.
6. What you may not do
- Upload material you have no right to analyse, including a client’s material without the client’s permission.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything containing other people’s personal data beyond what a public ad or page already shows.
- Use a report to make a decision that has a legal or similar effect on a person without a person reviewing it.
- Try to extract our prompts or scoring method, or use automated means to run reports outside the product.
- Present a Toniqe score as a guarantee or a certification.
7. How Toniqe visits pages
To judge a landing page Toniqe visits it with a cloud browser, as a shopper would: it reads, scrolls, opens the product and the cart. It never types personal details into a page, never completes a purchase, and never sends your account details to the site. If a page blocks the visit, the report says what it covered.
8. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we email account holders before it takes effect. Questions: support@toniqe.com.
